We checked the in 2007 newly developed 5 Star Hotel within the framework of a comprehensive valuation.

Therefore we scrutinized the layout of the different room categories, the operating results and performing data as well as the tendency on the hotel market in Frankfurt am Main. The hotel had been successfully resold in 2015.
