In order to determine the balance of accounts, we provided a valuation of 1,6 hectare residential real estate. In this case we discussed the planning, the ecological situation as well as the potential development costs till the final stage. Starting with the market prices for a residential development we used different kinds of paramters to identify the right value of the greenfield site.
