The building scheme had been offered for purchase to a pension fund. That is why we made an inspection and evaluated an indicating purchase offer. In the voreground were the different ownership structures as hereditary building and ground rights and the monument conservation.
The required refurbishment costs were of importance as well as the question which rent would be achievable after the refurbishment steps and how much is the difference to the actual contract rent.
