Particular attention was paid to the modernisation measures during the purchase valuation of Switzerland's largest shopping centre. The market value of the shopping centre was determined with regard to the transfer of benefits and encumbrances to a special asset, with a focus on the positive, dynamic letting situation. The quarterly valuations are supported by semi-automated algorithms, particularly with regard to the more than 100 existing tenants.
